At a conference, the stage is for show. The real work happens in the hallways.

If you’ve spent months on your project but zero time on how you talk about it, you have a problem.

When you’re in a crowded room and you start your pitch with "So, basically, what we are trying to do is...", you’ve already lost. People don't just hear a struggle with English; they hear a lack of confidence.

If you can't land your point in 30 seconds, people move on.

The rule is simple:

  1. Answer first. Don't warm up. Tell them what it is.

  2. Cut the filler. "Ums," "likes," and long explanations are just noise.

  3. Be brief. Aim for 3 sentences.

One spot

I am helping one person get their pitch ready before the next event.

How it works:

  • You send me a voice note of your pitch.

  • I send back a version that actually works - shorter, clearer, and more direct.

  • You refine it.
